Hub Drives LLC (“Hub Drives”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Hub Drives Chauffeur mobile application (the “App”). The App is intended for drivers and chauffeurs who perform trips booked through the Hub Drives platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the App.

This policy applies to the Hub Drives Chauffeur App on Android and iOS. It covers staff/driver accounts used to accept bookings, navigate, communicate, and share live trip location with customers.
When you have an active trip, we collect precise location from your device, including GPS coordinates and related metadata (such as speed, direction, accuracy, and time).
We use this location to:
Location is collected only during an active trip and stops when the trip ends. We do not use your location for advertising.
On Android, while a trip is active, the App uses a foreground service and displays an ongoing notification (for example: “Live trip in progress — sharing location with customer”).
On iOS, if you grant permission, location may continue during an active trip when the App is in the background so the customer can keep tracking the ride. Background location is used only for active trips, not when you are off duty.
Before requesting location access, the App shows an in-app disclosure explaining that your location will be shared with the customer during trips.
On Android, the App does not request access to your camera, microphone, or photo library. The App does not request Android “background location” permission. We do not sell your personal information.
